About shelby
Growing up, it was always about music. The joke in my family is that I sang and danced before I walked and talked. Along the way I met teachers and mentors that invested in me as a musician and performer. 2020 was the turning point; covid forced me home as all my college classes went remote. That year I met friends of friends that pushed me out of my comfort zone and into being an independent in the local music scene. My first solo show was October 2021 at Off Duty Tavern and it's been game on ever since. Now I sustain a steady rotation of venues every month while being a Stay At Home Mom and I couldn't be more thankful.
